Senior Software Selection Consultant en Technology Evaluation Centers
Helbert Bello holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He has worked in the evaluation and selection of business software for more than a decade, with extensive experience with ERP selection projects. He currently lives in Canada, where he works at Technology Evaluation Centers, Inc. (TEC) as Senior Project Consultant for Software Evaluation and Selection in North America and Latin America. In his native Brazil, he held leadership positions at various software vendors and trade associations.

He was also involved in promoting crucial advances in Brazilian law and public policy to encourage the adoption of technology by local companies. Helbert is the author of a book and various articles on software evaluation and selection and has extensive experience in a variety of businesses within the services, manufacturing, agriculture, and commerce sectors.
