Russ has over 25 years of experience in a variety of client-facing consulting and sales roles. He has a passion for helping companies use new and emerging technologies to drive business value. For the last decade, he has focused on solving business problems using Automation powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. At the Big Data Company Acxiom, and AI company Ayasdi, he led sales and consulting teams to sell and deliver strategic engagements at some of the world’s largest banks. Most recently, as SVP of Sales for Americas at Blue Prism for the past 3 ½ years, he oversaw growth of over 300% by helping the Americas team focus on delivering enterprise value.
