Join Tomas Vileiniskis for an in-depth exploration of collaborative Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) that addresses one of the most critical challenges in modern systems development: effective collaboration between acquirers and suppliers. This session will demonstrate how Dassault Systèmes' collaborative modeling solutions—Teamwork Cloud (TWC) and Magic Collaboration Studio (MCS)—enable seamless file-based and server-based model collaboration across organizational boundaries, ensuring successful program execution in distributed development environments. Participants will discover key model exchange principles and best practices specifically designed for acquirer-supplier workflows, while learning how software engineering-native component management principles can be applied to MBSE to enhance modularity, reuse, and overall collaboration efficiency in complex systems engineering projects. Tomas Vileiniškis is a CATIA Systems Modeling Application Senior Manager and Teamwork Cloud Product Manager at Dassault Systemes, where he focuses on collaborative modeling environments and guides product vision and development direction based on customer demand and industry needs. With 15 years of experience in computer and software engineering, Tomas brings deep expertise in Semantic Web technologies, which proved instrumental in the original OSLC implementation within CATIA Magic's toolset. He actively contributes to OMG standard development activities, particularly in shaping the SysMLv2 API and Services and Reusable Asset 3.0 specifications, making him a recognized thought leader in the evolution of collaborative systems engineering practices.
